See I did it again! Staying away from my online life I mean... oh well so much for trying to stay a regular.
I have been humming this song entire day today for what ever reason:

Sweet one right. I caught Nandu saying his first sentence yesterday. He saw a neighbors dark walking outside and goes saying excitedly, "Amma I py Doggie". I was shocked. I asked him "what did you say" and he goes again, "I py Doggie" meaning 'I *spy* a Dog' :D
That day was a sentence packed day. He kept chanting, I py car, truck etc.

Surprisingly, today the sentence phase took a break. He went back to his one word phrases expecting me to complete the rest.
By evening starting some toungue twisting... Mummy mummy nimmy nimmy ....
Got enough today :)

Peace to MJ's soul. Its shocking to hear his death news. He is only 50 for crying out loud. Every channel and news station are so ripping his life apart. Go find some life people!

Glad that its Friday. Now I understand the true meaning of TGI.
On my way back home, I caught myself with lot of excitement and I was surprised that the reason for my excitement is just seeing my little prince after a long day work and just being with him gives the kick for the day :)
Kids are so mesmerizing, arent they? :)
Anyway so my little guy is coming down with a fever :( thats the twist for the day and its going to be a looong weekend.... oh yaaaa
Hope he just comes out of it with less pain.

I can't believe I actually made it to blog on a non-occasional day :) LOL
So last night I watched happy feet for the second time and I love to watch the spirit captured in the movie.
It seems like a subtle message of "live, let live" sent gently to the viewers. I got Nandu to watch it for about 20 minutes with me. Thats the max attention I got from him ...HAHA... he keeps shouting "I spy... I spy" the rest of the time looking at the penguins on the screen....

Wow its been looooooong time since I came in here. Nandu and work are keeping me 100% occupied.
Little hero is catching up fast and learning new tricks every day. edaina repeat chesesthunnadu. kocham careful ga matladaali.

He is giving long speeches to anyone who says "hi" on the road. Its so fun to watch him :)
Not sure why two's are termed as terrible twos, but I find it as fun age.

I wanted to start this blog the day I heard my pregnancy news at the doc's office. It took me almost 22 months to finally get it going. And what can be a best day than to get a kick start on the eve of mothers day :)

I always wondered what its like to be a mom. Mostly because my mom never ceased to amuse me growing up, with all her unending bucket of abilities. She is a woman who brought up 3 daughters (4 actually as our lovely jaya akka grew up with us too) on single hand with no extended family support and she also managed a house full of guests all the time along with a demanding job. So I always wondered how she can cook and take care of 3 girls and meet the demands of other family responsibilities and her over stressing and demanding job.

I got my answer when I first took my darling baby in my hands and took one look at him. My son is my strength. I feel like I can do anything for him. That made me realize how my mom survived managing a balance in all aspects of life. We were her strength and we were her weakness as well.

On the eve of this mothers day, I want to salute her with all my heart. We love you mom and this is for you.....
